I recently read a great question candidates could ask potential employers during the hiring process – how do you integrate employee feedback in process improvement? Hmmmm. What if a candidate asked you that question? Think about it.
From your perspective – how do you integrate employee feedback to make your organization stronger and/or more effective? What examples can you point to? From your employees’ perspective – do team members feel heard when they have ideas/suggestions? Do they see results from their input?
