I heard an interesting presentation recently about brain science and its dynamic applications for young people. During her talk, the founder of this ground-breaking project talked about the recognized experts from around the world who have contributed their innovative ideas. Then she told us the project had even contracted someone to translate many of their thoughts from English into English.

Question:

What needs translating from English to English in your business? What words, phrases, concepts, etc., don’t work for other generations, other traditions, other educational backgrounds? What will you do this week to re-Englishize your language? Your written material? Your conversations?
