I spent a couple of days working with seventeen community leaders in Fort McMurray this past week. That’s a hurting community; there is no question they are at the leading edge of the resource-based economic struggle in Canada.

Question:

How do you as leader, keep your people focussed on creating a positive tomorrow during tough times? How do you acknowledge reality and champion possibility thinking at the same time?
