While it’s gratifying when things work out, it’s instructive when they don’t. How much time do each of us spend in team meetings processing, learning and growing from our misfires?

Question:

Ask your team members in a group meeting: what did you try in the last month that didn’t work? What did you learn from it? How are we stronger because of it? What are we/you going to try next? How will you reward and/or encourage these conversations to demonstrate that safe, risk-free, ideas are not good enough?
