I’ve seen it a lot this year – individual leaders who are surprised that the way they think they show up for their employees, the way they intend to show up, is not the way they are seen or experienced. The simple lesson is – just having sound intentions does not automatically ensure your people’s experience of you.

Question:

How do you show up for your employees? How are you certain they experience your intentions? How will you check? Specifically, who will you confirm this with? Will you give those individuals permission to speak candidly to you?
