You’ve heard me say relentlessly, leaders need to listen. Hmmmm. To everyone, all the time?!?!? Don’t get me wrong – we must have people we disagree with, individuals with alternate perspectives that sharpen our thinking. But there are those who suck the energy from us, who just don’t add any value.
Who do you need to ignore? Who’s advice, input, stance is no longer sharpening your mind? How are you going to move on? Can you do it with grace?
