What’s getting done? Do your people feel like they are making progress on moving toward your shared vision? That’s a trick question. A better question is – do your people share your vision? An even more relevant question – do your people know your vision?

Question:

How many times last week did you share your vision with team members, with clients, with anyone? What will you do differently this week to re-affirm your organization’s vision amongst your team? How will you remind them their daily tasks contribute to something that makes a difference?
