I spent time with a great non-profit board recently talking about the present and the future, talking about community needs and trends and talking about vulnerable and marginalized seniors in our community. They’ve got a solid strategic plan that can make a real difference. But so what? For them and for you, your plan succeeds only if it’s active and alive every day.

Question:

Very simply, is your strategic plan a noun or a verb? Is it static or is it active? Do you and your key people know what specific activity each of you must do today to make your plan live? Are you going to succeed this year?
