Most of us are highly conscious of where the money is being spent in our business; we often pull our senior people together to have a “cost-cutting” meeting. But we forget that in almost every organization, the most significant expenditure is our employees’ time.

Question:

What could you accomplish, what could you save, if you held a “time-cutting” meeting with your senior staff? Let’s grow that thought. What if you put a specific target number to it…. “we will find ways to save x hours before we leave this room today”?
