Appreciation – what an undervalued attitude. This week I recieved a quick email from a participant in a retreat I conducted last weekend. After a couple of short sentences he wrote: “I appreciate you.” Wow. Made my day. Made my week. There’s something so warm in that word, so much more than just, “You did a good job.”

Who do you appreciate? Have you told them lately? What changes inside you when you look for people and moments that you can appreciate?
