When will you convene a competitive analysis on yourself; a no-holds-barred team session with the theme – “If we were a new competitor in this space, what would we do to outshine (insert your organization’s name)?” What will you expect to hear? What will you do if no-one articulates any holes in your offering? What will you do with the learnings that show up?
