When your good people, your key people, know clearly what the organization is expected to accomplish, you’re almost there. When you want to accelerate the forward motion in your business, when you want to get there quicker with less headaches, spend a bit more time articulating the ultimate objective.

Question:

Do your key people know what success looks like for your organization? Clearly? Specifically? Yes, even exactly? Do they repeat it back to you and to each other regularly? How will you expect their behavior change when the ultimate objective is top-of-mind? What about you; perhaps a little less management and a lot more leadership?
