The flood recovery efforts in our area are amazing. Thousands of volunteers are helping in so many ways amidst so much devastation. And the real strength we’re seeing – people figure out what needs to be done right where they are and they do it. They don’t need to be told how.

Question:

In your organization, what changes if you turn your people loose to “figure it out” and “do it” just like they’ve been doing as volunteers? Do you really know how smart, how resourceful and how dedicated your people are; will you give them a chance to shine?
