What’s Yahoo up to? If you haven’t heard, they’ve stopped the practice of employees working remotely. I hope they are asking the right questions. I hope this is not a knee-jerk response to discovering some employees aren’t pulling their load. Why? That’s normal; in every organization some don’t produce at the required standards. So, is the best response to dramatically alter the working conditions for those that are productive, that are making the biggest difference; I don’t think so.
